What XTRQT is

XTRQT reads land and the built environment in Cyprus and sets out what is established about a place, what the published figures allow, and what remains to be checked. It is a preliminary understanding intended to inform enquiry.

Nothing here is legal, planning, valuation, engineering or investment advice, and nothing here is a permission. Planning figures are a starting point before setbacks, road widening lines, policy overlays and site conditions. Decisions should rest on verification by qualified professionals and on confirmation from the competent authority.

Where the information comes from

• Registered parcel boundaries, planning designations and aerial imagery: Cyprus Department of Lands and Surveys, published under CC BY 4.0.
• Roads, buildings and surrounding features: OpenStreetMap contributors.
• Ground levels and environmental context: publicly published national and European sources, used indicatively.

Ownership, burdens, market value and construction cost are not established by XTRQT and are never estimated.
